If NBME 1 is supposed to be easy, the real test is gonna have my head spinning. I got a decent score 510=> 221 but I felt like I was guessing so much of it and that there were questions in there not covered by First Aid or anywhere else for that matter. And I'm not having a mental breakdown because luckily I have 3 weeks left to study.

But the problem is that I feel like I am guessing a good portion of the Qs everytime I do a set of 50 on UW (and I am getting around 60-65% lately) and also on NBME 1. Wondering if other people feel this way and if there is a way to improve. The uncertainty is really annoying me.

Are there answers out by the way for the NBME tests? I'd like to know what I got wrong and where my real weakness are. Thanks

No answers out "officially", but if you google 'em, there are some discussions. =) BTW, I just finished half of NBME 1, and I felt like I was guessing a lot too. Just like you, a lot of stuff *not* in my review books. Peeps on this forum say NBME 3 is the hard one, but I wasn't guessing nearly as much when I took that one...
