So I tried looking for a thread which would answer my question, and I do have a rough idea of the answer, but I want to make sure:

I took a few courses at a nearby community college while in high school. I did not take any after my senior year of high school.
The units do show in my transcript, as they factor into class standing. However, the grades are not there.

Do I need to send transcripts from this community college with my application even though all the classes I've taken there are from high school? And would this be factored into my science/non-science GPA?

I've been told yes by an advisor, but I'm not sure whether she really understood me. I would appreciate it if someone could clear this up for me.
I just feel like it would be a waste of money...

Yes, you do need to send transcripts for this. I was in basically the same situation. ANY courses taken from a college need to be submitted regardless of when they were taken (at least in this case).

OK, I guess that's what I will do...

Just wondering, did you ever have to comment about them?
I was actually taking art classes, for fun.

I also took some English classes. I assume those don't count for the "1 year English" requirements eh? *grumble*

I haven't had to talk about them, but then again, I haven't had an interview yet.

I took the basic English 101 and 102 during high school, and those transferred to the school that I am at now. I didn't retake those classes before applying, so they better count. I've gotten one interview invite, so I know at least one schools accepts them.

I got a B in a semester of AP Art History that I took with concurrent credit from a nearby university, and I'll have to send it to AMCAS with everything else, so unless I take like 200+ credits in college before I apply I can never have a 4.0 cGPA 🙁 At least it wasn't a science class! Haha... Still annoying though, I know.
