If you accept a pre match offer is that means that you are technically out of the match ????. or can you still weigh your wings in match and then decide ???

If you accept an offer outside of the match (which is only open for independent candidates), you are required to pull out of the match. You cannot "wait in the wings" and see if you get a better offer.
