My friend is applying to MD school this year but is no longer an undergrad. Are there any services out there that provide mentors, or advisors--maybe through amcas???

Alumni are expected to be supported by their ugrad institution. Your friend should go back to his ugrad for help.

haha, ditto on the alum/school one.

i graduated last year and was still able to get an advisor through my ugrad.
tell them to email/ask their preprof advising/career center.

yea, i still go back to my ugrad for advising services. Most schools offer this option.
