Your undergraduate institution is one of the least important factors in med school admissions.
In summary: focus on your GPA (>=3.7), study and take the MCAT once (>=510), and get involved with extracurriculars that you are truly passionate about (both clinically, AND non clinically) for extended periods of time.
You do that, and you'll have a shot at MD. Best of luck to you, and do take a look at the "compilation of essential SDN wisdom" when you get a chance.
