What is Pre-Med like at UcD AND UcI? Do I have a good chance to get into a good medical school? Can you guys list the pros and cons? I would greatly appreciate it.

What is UcD and UcI? I assume you mean UCD and UCI?
Do you have a good chance? Well...have you taken the pre-reqs? Do you have a good GPA? Did you get a good MCAT score? Do you have all your EC's covered? Without any of that information how the heck would we know if you can get into a good med school...or any med school for that matter.
Pros and cons of what?
You'll stand a much better chance of getting into med school when you learn how to express yourself clearly.

Your undergraduate institution is one of the least important factors in med school admissions.
In summary: focus on your GPA (>=3.7), study and take the MCAT once (>=510), and get involved with extracurriculars that you are truly passionate about (both clinically, AND non clinically) for extended periods of time.
You do that, and you'll have a shot at MD. Best of luck to you, and do take a look at the "compilation of essential SDN wisdom" when you get a chance.
