I would like to find out how the community feels about the possibility of adding an essay editing/composition forum, either SDN wide or just in pre-pharmacy.
There are a few possibilities of how such a forum could operate. The first possibility is a standard peer editing approach. We could recruit a group of volunteer readers and appoint a single volunter to distribute essays for review as they come in. This approach would keep volunteers from being innundated with essays and getting burned out. One possible problem would be lack of volunteers. A second possibility would be to recruit a group of master editors who would be paid for their work. A third possibility would be to have both types of service available. Or, there may be other ideas that would work.
Is this something people would like to see? If so, where would you prefer it be placed?
