You don't need to do anything else. You have great ECs so just focus on the GPA and MCAT. Those are the 2 biggest determining factors anyways. If you have a decent GPA and MCAT you'll be an excellent applicant

Same. One additional thing I'd add is be prepared to answer 'Why Podiatry' or 'Why this school vs. the other ones'. They may come up during the interview, but it's also good that you are able to answer those questions for yourself.
