I should probably just contact individual schools to ask this question, but..

When a school requires 2 A&Ps & 1 additional natural science course, how do they calculate your pre-req gpa when you have more than one natural science course? Do they just choose one and add it in or do they calculate every single natural science course you have into your prereq gpa?

I'm asking because I have A's in both A&Ps and labs & a B in chem with lab but then C's in intro bio & physics that I took during my first semesters of college 🙁

Probably best to check with each school most are helpful in answering your questions. Perhaps ask them if they are wanting a B or higher in the natural sciences you have taken. I think the schools that state they want 1 additional natural science simply want to know you can handle science and have knowledge in more than just A&P. Some schools state they want biology as the additional natural science. Just best to check with them and ask what most incoming students had as their additional natural science and go from there.

If you are applying through the OTCAS the system will break down your natural science GPA by including ALL the sciences you have taken. Its a bummer, some of us would like to bury some issues from undergrad that are no longer relevant. 😉
