Hi all! I was talking to the advisor at WesternU about pre-reqs that werent on their pre-req database and she told me to send her the syllabi of the classes I wasnt sure of. So I did, but she hasnt replied yet
.we had talked about other stuff last week and she responded the next day if not the same day
but she hasnt got back to me for about 1.5 weeks. What should I do? I dont think calling them would be a good idea because in case they want some prove later on in the application process, itd be better to have a written copy..anyways, any suggestions of what to do?
The ones I am having question with are the upper level bio and public speaking/group discussion. Do marine biology and limnology satisfy the upper level bio requirement? My limnology class is a 400-level class but the marine biology is named Biol 250. It has labs and field trips and we have to write weekly papers on top of a scientific research paper. As for the public speaking class, I think I read somewhere in the past years thread that the name of the course has to be public speaking or something. Does anyone have any idea????
Btw, is anyone applying to western U for c/o 2015????? Or is anyone familiar with their process? For the limit of having only 2 pre-reqs not completed..does it only apply to the upper-division bio and genetics class? Is it okay if I take a public speaking class later in the spring?
Thanks!!!
