At my school, I have two courses that I could take for human anatomy and physiology. One is a 100-level class and the other is a 300-level class. The 300 level class learns much more material. Would pharmacy schools accept a 100-level human anatomy and physiology class to fulfill the prerequisite?

Thanks!

It depends on the school, but you would probably be much better off taking the 300 level just to be safe. Many schools want at least a 200 (sophomore level) anatomy class.
