i've already gone through kaplan qbank once and the nbme practice exams. i'm looking to do new questions and was wondering if anyone knew how the questions in pre-test books compare to the real deal? harder, easier?

are there any other question books ya'll would recommend?

I think the pretest books are a complete waste of time. If you haven't done so yet, I would use the Robbins question book as a practice source.

As an aside, I didn't feel that my step one questions were similar to qbank or the nbme practice questions. The questions on my exam were freakin' long (nearly all were at least one-two paragraphs).
