Prelim Medicine Questions

This might be a longshot, but had a question on prelim medicine programs. I'm not categorical medicine, but I want a strong foundation in medicine for my residency. I would like good bread/butter stuff, but also a strong experience with ICU (dedicated, not open). I know there are great medicine programs out there, but which ones will provide what I'm looking for after only an intern year? Most academic programs are good because they're 3 years, and intern year is a grunt year, not learning year which is why I'm asking.
