Prelim Surgery at Einstein/Montefiore

Hi, I matched an advanced program in anesthesia, but will doing my prelim year in surgery at Montefiore. Could anyone with info on this program share and insights with me? What should I expect? Any advice as a surgical prelim in general. I was not prepared to do a surgery year. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

I saw those reviews, and they seem kinda old. I am also going to be a surgical prelim at AE/Montefiore. I am doing my pgy 2 and beyond in Radiology.
