Prelim surgery at hopkins / Yale

Does anyone know where do prelim surgical residents at hopkins go after 1/2 years of prelim residency? they have 7-9 nondesignated spots, and i would like to know if they can look after all of them or sort them out in other places when they finish....
I know that yale usually help their prelims to get a categorical spot....

I am invited to interview at yale and hopkins for prelim. both of them on same date. I have to choose to attend one. any suggestions from anyone?
there is no way i can change the date of one of them.
I would like to attend both, I will go to either place if i get offered. I have no preference over any. but i want to attend wichever program would want me more....

hey post this on surgery forum not here. anyhow was wondering the same thing about yale. u sure they help their non-designated prelims get a categorical spot next year? i heard contrary reports
