Who here thinks that premed professors expect too much from us. I just want to know how we are supposed to have a life when we are studying 14 hours a day.

It's called life. Deal with it. Besides you shouldn't be studying 14 hours a day everyday. That means you have ineffective studying habits.

Who studies 14 hours/day?! I didn't study 1/10 that most weeks unless there was an exam! If you feel you need more than a couple of hours/day for your prereqs, I'd encourage you to consider talking to your university's tutoring service and see if they can help you. It's possible you simply need some assistance in learning good study habits. Frankly, if you need 10+ hrs/day to study, I don't know how you're going to survive the rest of college -- much less medical school or residency!

Im in the ivy league

Looking at your post history, I kind of doubt that. Sorry.

looking at my post history you should have seen that I attend school in hanover, new hampshire...............this is significant because us ivy league students have to work much harder because the kids we compete against are the best of the best.

So don't do it--major in economics if you want, and save a lot of time. (My major. I feel less guilty about putting it down that way:laugh:)

I watch TV 20% of the time.
I study 80% of the time.
My life as a premed.

Study = 14 hr
watch TV = 3.5 hr
sleep, eat, personal care, CLASSES = 6.5 hr :wtf:

Nope, definitely not a troll...+pity+

I am sure all your science professors would be ecstatic to know that you refer to them as "pre-med professors"

I think I'm finally getting bored of these threads that cycle through every so often.
