My school goes via semester system, but some schools in MSAR show the premed coursework in quarter. How do I switch back and forth?

3 quarters= 2 semesters.

The way I see it; for the pre-reqs it doesn't really matter because everything is "a year" as in 1 year g-chem, 1 year bio, etc. But yea, the above is correct.
