Hello,

I was wondering what prep course you guys recommend for the NEW MCAT?

I want to sign up for a prep course for this summer. My research mentor is pushing me to sign up for Examkrackers because she thinks they really condense the material and don't teach unnecessary information.
My only worry with Examkrackers is that since they aren't one of the big known prep courses (like Berkeley or Princeton), they won't have much material or insight on the new mcat.
What do you guys think?
THANK YOU!

I would actually say EK is one of the more well known and based on everyone's reviews, including my own, has been highly praised of this recent MCAT.
However, this is only if you have a strong knowledge of the content to begin with.
Haven't heard anything about their prep courses though.

So you're talking about the EK book, not the prep course, right?

I can't decide whether to sign up for EK, Berkeley, Princeton, or any other.. Help!!

I have been reading that EK blew it on certain sections (amino acids, etc). Until the scores come back from the first group in a few weeks it is hard to know what classes and books work.

what about Atlius prep course any news on that???

I have taken Kaplan and based from my classmates who took the April MCAT, they said that content and techniques Kaplan taught helped them on the exam. I also heard that the Kaplan practice exams are much harder than the real MCAT.
