Hello,

In the prerequisite courses section of many particular school of dentistry, do we have to finish those courses the moment we apply for dental school (up until junior year) or we can apply then take it during senior year (it's like as long as you have it somewhere in your undergrad, you're fine)

I'm asking this since I'm junior, but have not yet taken biochemistry (many school does require this) and plan to take it during Fall 2016 (senior year). I recently took DAT and have a good oGPA/sGPA.

Cheers.

You don't have to finish the course before applying but you need to mention that it's planned or in-progress. If a dental school accepts you, you need to send them an official transcript verifying that you've completed the course.

So I have to insert those planned courses into the coursework section of the application right? That said, do I have to plan out a more detail schedule or I just need to put the planned course they required?

Just the ones they require. You can only predict the classes you're gonna take in the future, you never know if a class is gonna be filled up or rescheduled, for example.
