I was wondering where applicants took their Intro to OT prerequisite class? This is required by Chicago State Uni but I haven't found any places to take this course.

U North Dakota has it and makes it pretty easy to take (you don't need to apply to the school, you can just register). CSU's class is super pricey even if you are in-state.
Anyone found a cheap one or one that is offered as an accelerated (shorter than a semester) course? I would (of course) rather take it after I find out whether or not I am accepted.

Oh, just found one in Kansas City, MO, at Metropolitan Community College, it's an online course, out of state it's $458, cheapest I've seen. Only $190 if you're in Kansas City, $350 if you're in MO. The one at UND is like $520. The one at Colorado State is 1,200 even if you are in state, the only way it is any cheaper is if you take it on campus and are in-state.
