Prerequisites for PA School

Does anyone know the preferred method for fulfilling any outstanding prerequisites for PA School? I understand that a community college is probably the most economical way; however, I can't help but think that taking these courses at an undergraduate school would have its advantages as well. Not sure that it matters, but my undergraduate degree was not medical related so I am looking at taking 5-6 courses, including 1 or 2 with labs. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

doesn't matter where you take them as long as they meet all requirements(chem has labs, etc).
