The amount of junk food I saw being bought using food stamps was ridiculous! Now restaurants (where I live) have posted on their drive thru windows they even accept EBT- smh! What an abuse of the system.
Not to say some people aren't using the money for good - to feed their families- but the lack of disregard for people's taxed dollars from those who abuse it is sickening.

and i come from a poor town so i know how that goes..id say half of my customers were on food stamps at least. I remember one guy bough 50 candy bars with food stamps Lol

I've never been to a Farmer's Market that took EBT, which is what this program provides for. Of course, at my local Farmer's Market you can buy things like homemade pies and pastries, so I sense a flaw....
