Is there a way I can look at my press ganey scores myself? It seems I only get them through my ED director.

(and no, I'm not trying to fan the flames about how much we all hate PG, I'm just curious so when I go into my annual eval, I might not be blindsided by a bad score or something)

Since it's probably the hospital that's poneying up the money for the PG surveys, talking to the the physician liaison or whoever the quality person in your hospital is should get you on the right track.

You should never be blindsided by a bad score. My group gives a copy of the survey and documentation for any survey that has a written comment in the physician section or a score of 3 or less in any section.

You cannot access your score personally unless the hospital is paying for you to do so. Most hospitals pay for only a select number of people to access data. We have only one person, who then distributes it to the necessary people (she even distributes to the CEO).
