I searched on here and didn't see anything about non arrest pretrial diversion programs for misdemeanors and if they should be reported on ERAS?

-trespassing charge that was expunged after completing pretrial diversion. No arrest. Can I check 'no' to the questions?
I spoke with a lawyer who said 'no' is the appropriate answer and my med schools background checks don't show anything (not sure if the residency programs do a more thorough work up though).

thanks for any help!
