Hey all,

So I applied to 24 schools.....and the total should have been $1000. (195+(35*23)). Right??

My credit card was only charged $911.00. Has a discrepancy happened to anyone else? Not that I'm complaining . Just curious as to whether this was a mistake or not.

Same thing happened to me. I think they charged $32/school this year.

I got the fee waiver for 3 of my 15, so I should have paid $420 (35*12) but was instead charged $384 (32*12)

looks like a $175 1st-app fee too?

I got the fee waiver too. They paid for 3 of the 12 schools I applied to and I paid $315 for the remaining 9 schools. That's $35/school. That's $27 extra than what you would've paid if you applied to 12 schools.

Can't complain. I'm glad they covered three school, and the real savings will be from not paying most of the secondaries' fees.

Take any freebies while you can get them, it doesn't get cheaper from here! I would suggest looking carefully to make sure everything went through though. It is easy to accidentally uncheck a box or something along those lines.

I am really surprised by this because we applied to the same number of schools, I had the fee waiver too and I was only charged $288 I was expecting 315, and moved that to my bank account from my application savings and then it was only 288... sorry bro!

Strange...I wonder if it was an office error. hopefully they don't charge us for the difference later

Even if they do, not a big deal because the secondaries are the real monster

Does AACOMAS put money back on the credit card after initial payment before deducting the payment again? I just saw they refunded money on my card...has this happened to anyone else?
