Okay.... i just finished the 6 cases on the USMLE software. Uworld was EXCELLENT in preparation for those ccs cases, they were very easy and not anywhere near as involved as some uworld cases. That being said, I have not taken the step 3 yet, I have a feeling the real thing will be much harder. taking uworld assessment tomorrow to see where i'm at, hopefully not a day of raping on my day off.
