Hello,
I registered for Princeton Review summer MCAT courses 2 months ago, and a online tutor service called "homework help" automatically was placed in my cart. I was told at that time that the first month is free and then I will receive an email asking me whether to cancel it before the second month. However, I did not get any kind of email at all from them and they charged me 39.99 for the second month, even though I did not use it at all and I did not log into Princeton Review at all. What is worse, after I found out the charge and called them. One guy instructed me to cancel the service online by myself. I received a cancellation email from them. Then I was charged again after one month......
I called them several times but nobody answer the phone. Finally one person answer the phone and when I complained about the unreasonable charges, he just directly hung up on me ......
I thought Princeton Review is a famous company? How do they act like this? Has anybody encountered similar issue with me?
