people are on this forum have repeatedly praised princeton review's hyperlearning science workbook which includes well over 15 full MCAT worth of passages and questions. i feel that if i do all the problems in the workbook and all the AAMC full lengths, i should be well prepared for the exam in may

i know that you get the hyperlearning science workbook if you take the princeton review prep course. but i can also buy the science workbook for around 100 dollars. so $2000 for a course versus $100 for a book, which is probably the best part about the course....and i am tempting to just skill the course and save a lot of money.

i have plenty of other materials such as EK 1001 series and kaplan review notes...so i dont really need/want all the other stuff that princeton review gives you for its course

any idea what i should do? just get the book?

I just started the course form pr and the only thing good are the materials. I have the LiveOnline Course so we have the best instructors PR can offer BUT i do not find them good. All they do is summarize the book. But they do have good tips.

what else does the course offers other than the hyperlearning workbook, their content review books (which i dont need/want), and their practice full-lengths?

That pretty much it, plus pr has theses self diagnostic test now ( trying to mimic aamc)
Plus there are extra verbal passages about 70.

thanks for the info

do u think its worth shelling out 2k for this? i already have all the EK 1001/101 problem books, nova physics, some kaplan verbal, ivyalliance verbal, and some regular princeton review passages. you add all 10 aamc to those....and i dont think it's possible to do more problems/passages

i am taking the exam next may, btw, so i have plenty of time...but still

I am debating between the classroom and online components of princeton review. I am interested in this question being answered as well.

It depends on your style.

Can you study by yourself? If yes, don't bother with the course.

If you need an instructor or someone to push you, then take the course.

It really is that simple.
