Why do I have no icon under 'Print loe matching form' ?

Is is just me, or is the server being weird?

Or, am I doing something wrong?

If you are using the electronic method (professor fills out evaluation on AADSAS website) then no LoE Matching Form will appear, if that's not the case then you should contact AADSAS.
