I PM'd you Lloyd. Mayo Clinic is closely tied to the Federal Medical Center, a maximum security prison that houses inmates (all male) with medical problems. Residents are encouraged to do rotations there if interested and have access to the psychiatrists there in terms of mentoring/research collaboration, etc.
