I still have a whole residency and fellowship to complete, but I was hoping we could talk a little about options for private practice (just for the sake of discussion....for all I know I could end up with my on again, off again lover...academics

Do you have any stories of ophthalmologists who have been a little creative and thought outside the box while setting up the structure of their practices and in determining which insurances they accept (if any, at all)?
