I apologize in advanced, but was wanting some advice. I also realize this isn't an ask and diagnosis forum.

But like I said, just wanting some quick advice. Past several months on my top left chest every once and awhile thumping would begin. I can feel it inside of me and I can also feel it if I put my hand to my skin where the thumping is. The thumping will last for ten seconds or so then go away for a few days then it will re-begin. Any ideas of what this could be? or not enough information to figure it out? All I know there has to be something causing it and I'd like to know what. 😕

Making a diagnosis over the Internet is dumb.

It is also against the ToS for this site.

I am so tempted to write a totally trollish answer right now... But I am tired, so I will not do anything that I may regret in the morning.

Hey, thanks. Feel much better, laziness: best medicine ever.

Wasn't looking for a diagnosis if you read it properly, I was looking for advice and opinions.

you mean the laziness your showing by asking a question on the Internet instead of going to a primary care physician?

I'm sure he will go to web md and read all his possible complains and recite them to his pcp. Poor pcp! Don't want to be in his shoes!!

C'mon! This is no way to treat a patient in our online clinic. Oh wait... This isn't a clinic. Carry on. 😀
