hi i am a new member and i am studying for my part 1 in june and i am finding difficulty in remembering the origins of sympathetic parasympathetic nerve supplies and origin of autonomic nervous system from spinal cord whether dorsal root or ventral root n sometimes origin of certain things from neural crest and naural tube

so plz help me in sorting it out
