anyone else having a problem getting these?

i have 3 sci. letters, 1 research/mentor letter, 1 mentor letter, but no non-sci. prof. letter, and already 2 schools - creighton and umdnj - are asking for these

part of the prob. is that i transferred from a JC, where i finished all these GE classes...kinda sux...

how's everyone else doing with these?

If you aren't getting a composite letter from your current school, can't you just ask a non-sci prof from your JC for a letter?

the thing is that it has been 2 years now, and i've never really kept in contact with them (didn't really see the importance)...

i emailed creighton: they said they'll take other letters, but they do like students to stick to their requirements. if you send other letters, you have to write something saying why you're not submitting the required letter...if i do this, it seems like i'll be standing out for all the wrong reasons and might even be look negatively on.

let me know what you guys think
