Problem with Duke Secondary website

Is anyone else having a problem trying to save entries on the Duke secondary website? Everytime I try and save an essay, a window installer window pops up trying to configure Windows 2000. I have XP on my computer and I also had the same problem on another computer. Then when I try and go back to a certain section, I find that the entry was not saved. Am I the only one?

OMG YES! Except when I try to save it says the field has been successfully updated but then when I click on another section of the app and then come back to the section I thought I saved, ITS ALL BLANK!!!!

the site won't even let me access the secondary. it says something about me entering the wrong email address, even though i entered everything exactly as i did on amcas. 🙄

I called the admissions office today and the lady there said to email her the problem I had been having. I don't think they realize that some people are having problems with the website. Its bad enough that they ask us to answer so many questions...
