I am having a hard time studying for the GRE because I am more concentrated and packed with the prerequisites courses (which they give me disability accommodations, because schools are more lenient on giving one accommodations than standardized companies). I have mostly A's in my sciences courses but I am making in the 140s on the GRE because of my time commitment on my science courses and not to mention I have a disability due to a head injury and the ETS company said my three year limit was up (which ended last April) and told me I had to go see a neuropsychologist and I don't have medicare and he is asking for $3,000.00. I am stuck in a dilemma. Please help!

I'm assuming you aren't appling until next cycle? If so you should have plenty of time. It can be hard to prepare for the GRE and get all the other requirements like observation hours done on top of classees. But the GRE is not bad and you have until July or August or so to get prepared. Plus you only need a 300 total for most schools. So if you are making in the 140s on each section, if you can bring those up to 150 you will be fine. You've got several months to get maybe 5 or so more correct answers per section. You should be fine.

How are you studying for the GRE? If you don't have one yet, the review books are helpful and you can probably find one at the nearest library.

Maybe don't rush it? Allow yourself to finish your pre-req courses now and then take a month or two afterwards to strictly focus on GRE.
