Problem with Letters of rec

So I just sent off some secondaries when I realized that one of my letters of recomendation hasn't come in yet. I contacted my recommender and she is going to re-send it(she said that she had already sent like 2 months ago), although she didn't say when. Should I go ahead and send out the rest of my letters and just send that one when it gets there or should i wait till it comes in and send them all at once?

She sent the letter of recommendation 2 months ago? Wow! Yeah, the schools will have a folder designated for you and will add the letters of rec. as they come.
