1) Almost certainly not. If a program is going to restrict otherwise legal/socially-acceptable behavior (like drinking alcohol, as some do) they'll make that clear up-front.
2) If it were a problem at a specific program, would you actually want to match there?
Source: I am an academic attending. If one of my residents hit a five-leg parley or something, I would expect that to be presented during rounds.
