Has anyone had any problems registering with the ETS PPI portal. It keeps saying my registration is failing, but doesn't give a reason.

i was having trouble initially accessing the account after i had just created it. the fix was doing a password change, closing the browser, then logging back on.

not sure if that helps.

I had the same problem running google chrome. Looked at the FAQ and noticed they didn't have it listed as a supported browser. Dusted off and booted up good 'ol I.E. and it worked...

I've tried IE, firefox... Same thing in both.. Says "Failed to create account" or something

I've tried Safari, Firefox, IE, nothing works still

Call PASS and have them resolve it. It could very well be a problem on their end. I have dealt with PASS before. They are very nice!!
