Problems with Hotmail

I have not received any email for the past week or so. I hadn't really noticed because I was studying for a biochem test. So this morning I had a friend send me a test email, and I still have not received it. Is anyone else having this problem with hotmail? I haven't even received any spam or junk mail. Any suggestion on how I can fix it? I sent hotmail an email this morning about the problem.

yes I had this problem .. I contacted the tech staff at my university and they said that hotmail servers are blocking some mails. According to the person on the phone, the mails should eventually show up.
