I am wondering, which procedures can a family medicine doc perform that would generate maximum compensation?

EDIT: grammar

Suturing, skin biopsy, EKG, ear lavage, in-house laboratory are some procedures that I do in a family medicine clinic. I also notice that my supervising physician prefers injections (Solumedrol, Decadrol, Rocephin, Vitamin 12), which bring significant revenue to the clinic.

IUDs, skin biopsies, joint injections, nexplanons, suturing..
There are plenty more

Some places FM does scopes. If you get quick, a half morning of EGDs for upper abdominal pain and screening CEs can be lucrative.
