Complicated question. Billing can be professional/technical split vs a percentage of global if you are working in a freestanding center. Freestanding has been taking a hit more than hospital in recent years, affecting physicians more on that end. It's my understanding that professional charges have not been hit as much on the hospital-based side.
From a freestanding center's perspective, I'd say the biggest hit this year (meaning starting 2015) was the bundling of technical IGRT charges for anyone getting IMRT. Professional charges were not bundled. Better than most years to be honest.
