Hey guys, just curious, but has anyone ever breeched professionalism and if so, did that show up on your transcript in any form?

Hi, not firsthand knowledge but a friend of mine got a professionalism write-up from our dean’s office. He said that it would be reported in the MSPE that your med school sends to residency directors.

I suspect that it will depend upon how bad the breach was. Med schools want to see their kids graduate and go to residency.

Depends, I was called to a meeting as a 4th year student after apps had gone out for taking too much time away from rotations to interview. I was made to repeat a rotation with no failures. It was reported as LOA for that month. No mentions elsewhere.
