Hi everyone! I have a question about my last letter of recommendation.
I've already been able to get letters from 2 of my science professors and 1 from the dentist that I have been shadowing, but I'm trying to figure out who I should use for my last letter of recommendation. Both my boss and my non-science professor have agreed that they would be happy to write a letter of recommendation for me but I'm not sure who would be best to include.
1. My boss is an RN in the emergency room where I work as an EMT. We have been working together for a year and has been able to see my hard work ethic and has gone over my performance reviews. He has good insight into how hard I work and how well I interact with patients and co-workers, but not the academic side of things.
or
2. My non-science professor is my psychology professor who I did research with for a year. I got an A in her class and A's for the research that I helped her with. Since I was doing research for her, she was able to see how diligent I was with my academics, but she couldn't see how hard I work in the real world with patients.
Who do you think would be best to include for my 4th letter of recommendation? Or should I just stick with the 3 letters that I have? I just figure the more letters the better.
Thank you so much guys for your help!
