For those applicants trying to figure out "What are my chances?", you might find this helpful:

I'm curious as to why OAT scores don't seem to correlate with average GPAs. I know each school weighs GPA and OAT differently, but students with high GPAs should manage to get higher OAT scores, in theory.

Simple - GPA and OAT aren't everything. You'd have a close correlation if they were the only factors that mattered, but they aren't.

If you remove 2 outliers (one high and one low from Berkeley and Oklahoma) there is moderate correlation (R^2 = 0.35) between the two. That's with the total science (TS) OAT scores. I'm curious too, and I don't think it's as simple as "if they were the only factors that mattered" they would correlate and that since they are not the only factors, they don't correlate.
