I have received several survey links from programs asking me to rate the various aspects of the interview day. Although these results are anonymous, I am still skittish about filling these forms out.

Has anyone filled these surveys out or just ignored them?

I filled mine out Frugal. If there was something negative about my experience I worded it carefully. Example: There was not enough contact with interns, perhaps they're busy and I will have a better chance to talk with them at a 2nd look? I stayed neutral. I didn't really have anything too negative. Although, I did bite my tongue about a Chief Resident at UF who made a comment about "wife staying at home"...
