Programs I'm competitive for?

Hi all-
I am a 3rd year medical student in a U.S. M.D. program.
Step 1: 244
3rd year grades: Surgery[honors], Psych[honors], pediatrics[honors], medicine[high pass],family med[pass]

What are some of the better programs that I should be looking at (mostly east coast). I feel like I really have no sense of program tiers and I know there is much debate about what programs are tops I figured I would ask those further along in the process of how competitive I am for programs. Thanks!

US MD with boards in 240s and mostly honors with get interviews almost anywhere with good letters and aways.

Figure out where you want to live for 3-4 years and figure out what kind of program you want - you have strong academic, community and county programs all up and down the East coast.

My step 2 was pretty close to yours 2 years ago without any externships. I applied to 31 and got 27 interviews, probably 22-25 were South or Northeast.
