Hey guys, I was just curious if any of the (recently) matched students know of which programs have a cutoff of 240.

I don't think any program is going to advertise a hard cutoff. They may say a number, but if they don't get enough applications in that pool that they want to interview, they will lower the number. So basically, I'm not sure how useful this info will be to you.
