Proof of Request for Background Check

Hey Everybody,

I am currently filling out med school paperwork and they have requested "proof of your request for a background check." However, the FBI criminal background check process just required sending some forms through the mail. Does anyone know what I can submit as "proof" of initiating the background check process?
