when i look at the plans written by the interns, they're pretty lousy.
i'm almost done with the IM rotation, and I feel that I can only write a plan that is as lousy as the interns'.
for example, what tests to order, best/cheapest tests, etc etc.
at what point in training do you start to write plans that are logical and appropriate?
Do I just have to look up Harrison's and CMDT and follow their treatment protocol? is that the best way to write up a plan?
