Adding to my previous post!!!

Have Temple, NYU, and Boston interviews, in that order. Which school you think I should cancel and why? Too expensive to go to all three. I know NYU's class is huge and the school and area are expensive. Can you guys tell me both the educational and clinical aspects of any of the three? Thanks for any help guys. Feel free to PM me as well.

I don't know much about NYU but I can give you pros and cons of Temple. I am a first year there.

First off, the area is not really that bad. Even my friends who thought it was bad in the beginning are used to it know. I think most dental schools are in lower income areas anyways.

Pros: they ease you into dental school by having a relatively easy first semester, the clincial experience is very good (many patients, many different types of cases), most professors are really nice, friendly atmosphere

Cons: you don't get into the clinic until the end of the second year, no time off before boards, sometimes it feels like I am teaching myself anatomy

Let me know if you have any direct questions

Hey GT,
You got some misinformation. I'm a second year at Temple. We get 2 weeks of for boards to study and much more if you would like. That can be done by holding off on scheduling your patients till after July. Just wanted to clear that up.
